Physical Education

Rest day.

The still rings are not instability devices like Swiss balls or wobble boards, they create a frictionless plane that seemingly magnifies any unnecessary body movement beyond the point of equilibrium. Adding still rings to your fitness regime will do wonders, come on out to CapitalCrossFit and learn how to do exercises like the muscle up.
