Get up there!


Alexis does her first muscle up. With our belay and assistance device, we can have athletes perform muscle ups, levers, handstands, holds, and other gymnastic moves that otherwise would be unattainable until their strength increases. This lets less conditioned athletes gain the full neuromuscular benefit earlier than would otherwise be possible. Check out the video.
