kris and chris


Kris works the deadlift, no wait, Chris works it. It gets even more confusing, now that Kris' wife, Kristi, has joined the gym. All we need is a Christine. . .

Today marks the first day we beging posting our own programming. If you miss the crossfit WOD, you know where to find it.

We will work on one strength move a week (this is deadlift week), one skill a day, and will post a WOD daily.

What is our work/rest cycle? Try 5 on, 2 off, or 3 on, 1 off, or even 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off, or try something else. . . you get the picture.

Practice your handstands.

PP 50% BW 15 reps
Pullups 10 reps
