Cholesterol Myth?

I urge you to follow this link to Dr. Uffe Ravnskov's website. Uffe brings into light some of the realities of the scientific world and how theory when widely accepted often tends to become truth even when the science does not support it, or in fact argues strongly against it. Follow and read the subheadings as there is a great deal of information there with many, many, many, scientific references. (Which you only have to read if you want to!) Read, analyze and make up your own mind!

Scale appropriately using 65#, 45# or broomstick for the Thrusters and 225, 205, 185, 135, 95, 65 or 45# for the deadlifts even a broomstick if necessary!
