This One is Gonna Hurt

Sorry, just thought we would throw that out there.

Today:
Skill - Pwr Clean/Bench Press

For the Pwr Cleans, make sure you get a full extension at the hip and don't pull with the arms until the hip extension and trap shrug is complete. This movement is supposed to be explosive, so don't just lean back and bicep curl it.

For the Bench Press, make sure your feet are firmly planted on the floor and your scapula are pulled in tight on the bench while you press. Get a spot on the bench presses.

WOD: "Linda". 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of:
Pwr Clean
Bench Press
DL

This means you do 10 Pwr cleans, 10 Bench, 10 DL. Then 9 Pwr cleans, 9 Bench, 9 DL, etc. For loads, pick something that you can just squeeze out the 10th rep of on the first round without a rest, and keep these loads for the whole workout. You will likely have to break up the sets after the first round as necessary. This workout is also known in the Crossfit community as the "3 bars of death", or "The worst Crossfit workout" - decide for yourself.
Times in the 40 minute range are not unknown for this one.
