
"Wall of Fame Week" continues this week with "Barbara". While "Fran" favours those with medium frames, "Barbara" favours the smaller athlete, since the movements are all bodyweight. So smaller athletes - it's payback time.

Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1 (go for max effort on 5th rep). Max Deadlift is on the Wall of Fame as well.
WOD:

PLU X 20
PU X 30
Sit up X 40
Air Squat X 50
Rest 3 mins between rounds
Goal is to minimize the time of the workout. Work-rest management is very important on this WOD. If you do the first round in 3 minutes and the fifth in 10 minutes, you haven't chosen a very good strategy.
