Ryan discusses his personal feelings regarding functional movements during Saturday's Foundations class. This Saturday saw our biggest turnout yet for foundations - all by word of mouth, so our sincere thanks to all our fantastic athletes for passing on the word.

WOD - Max rounds in 10 minutes of:
PLU X 12
SQ X 25

The concept of "work-rest interval" comes into play here in a big way. Only the fittest of the fit will be able to perform this workout without a break. Judging your own recovery time is a real-world survival skill that you can only gain through experience.
