St. Paddy's Hangover Cure?

This workout will require some cohesive thought. Keeping your wits about you when you are under stress and fatigued is a life saving skill of immeasurable value! Keep thinking and reviewing your status, don't lose track of where you are or what you have done, doing so in real life may force you to start over from scratch just like we will if you forget where you're at.

Burpees should be done with the feet landing in, and jumping up from a wide squat stance with the hands inside or between the feet. This will prevent rounding of the back which causes a tendency to initiate a jump from a BAD deadlift position. You should be in a good squat at the bottom of the jump phase of each burpee. Finish by jumping up and clapping the hands overhead. Expect this workout to take you a while but cap it at about 25-30 minutes.
