Congrats Pierre!



Coach Pierre gets his level III CrossFit Certification this week in Ann Arbour, at Hyperfit USA. (He's fourth from the right, in the cadpat combat pants and cute red shoes). Way to go Pierre!

Skill: Turkish Get Ups and Waiter's Walk.

Strength: Turkish Get Up 6x3 alternate hands each set, so three left, three right.

WOD: Fatty McFat Fran

21-15-9 Thrusters 135 # Weighted Pullups. Suggested weight 10-15% of bodyweight. Try a dumbell between the ankles or thighs.
