Get'er Done

Nicole and Annie describing the Push-Press. Which is cued as Dip-Drive-Press. (Dodge-Duck-Dip-Dive & Dodge) As you can see on the left if the movement is initiated from the knee the hip is excused from its duties and no power can be generated. The proper position at the bottom of the dip pulls the hip back, the knees go forward and the trunk stays upright.
