Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
OR
"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
10 One legged squats, alternating (pistols)
15 Pull-ups
These benchmark workouts recur regularly. Even if you find HSPUs and pistols hard, it doesn't mean they are not good for you. So what if you only do 2 rounds of Mary in 20 min??? Don't stick to your strengths, work on your weaknesses.
CrossFit is about General Physical Preparedness (GPP). The randomness in combat, life, and other pursuits tend to punish the specialist and reward the generalist.
