The longest journeys all start with a small first step. So what? You only get to the start line by deciding to show up. Here our second youngest athlete works on her handstand progression.

CrossFit places an emphasis on your weaknesses. When was the last time you spent any time upside down? Gymnastics and bodyweight exercises contribute to body awareness and control, core strength, and relative strength. It is no coincidence that gymnasts learn and master other sports faster than other athletes.
