Skill: Front Squats, Hollow Rocks
Strength: 10x3 Front Squats (same weight all week, keep practicing)
WOD:
Perform the following for time:
80 Box Jumps
70 Squats
60 Jumping Ring Dips
50 Hollow Rocks
