Good Clean Fun

What does a medicine ball have in common with the world's most powerful lift (the clean)? Take a look at what this supremely functional exercise can do for you - odd objects. Athletes at our gym begin the learning progression to the Olympic lifts during our Foundations starting package.

Suffer on Saturday's CrossFit class.

Do you have kids and are you looking for a March Break camp for them? Olympic lifting benefits all athletic endeavours requiring speed and power - Get the edge on your competition - Sign up for our March Break Youth Fitness Camp this week.

Practice your Front Squat and Ring Dips.

Go the Distance - one round for time:
PLU 21-15-9
DBCLN 21-15-9
Walking Lunge 21-15-9

Do the dumbell cleans and walking lunge with the same weight dumbells in both hands (fit males 175# BW should use 45# DBs). To increase the intensity, try lunging and altenating one hand with dumbell overhead, or max it out by holding both dumbells overhead throughout the lunges. One lunge = one rep.
