Capital CrossFit's focus is doing the common uncommonly well! - Virtuosity!

Skill:
Deadlift,
Clean, Snatch Balance
Strength:
Deadlift 8x2 (select a mid range, but heavy)
WOD - Perform as many rounds of the following as is possible in 15 minutes:

1 Clean 95

1 Shoulder Press 95
1 Snatch Balance 95

1 Overhead Squat 95

Scale appropriately: Use 95, 65, 45lbs or a broomstick as is required in order to perform this workout safely, this is a high skill workout! After your shoulder press, transistion the bar onto the back, take a snatch grip and carry on without putting the bar down.
