Pushing, Pulling and Walking!

Though this was a relatively high skill workout, everyone who came in was able to perform some variation of the movements used. Some used more weight, some use vary little. Everyone got a good workout! The magic is in the movements.

Skill:
Deadlift, Snatch
Strength: Deadlift 8x2
WOD - Perform 3 rounds of the following for time:
Ring Dips 15
Walking Lunge (WL) 50 steps (use appropriate weight 10-20% of bodyweight)
Pull-Ups 15
