Skill Ladder


Paul C. performing good aggressive box jumps! When performing proper box jumps we rest on top of the box at full hip extension. We jump off the box and reverse immediately jumping back up onto the box. This is the most difficult variation, though it serves to provide the most bang for your exercise buck!

Skill:
Push Press, Push Jerk, Jerk
Strength: Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1 test for 1 RM
WOD:
Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as possible of:
5 SP
10 PP
15 PJ
20 Jerk or Split Jerk

Use a 65lbs bar and try not to put the bar down until the round is complete.
