Suffer On Saturday


Erik C. giving his best effort on the rower this past monday. Erik & Mel have been extremely dedicated and continue to improve daily. It may not be readily apparent but the minor points of movement that we practice everyday are already paying their benefits. Tasks which were difficult to grasp no more than a week ago are becoming effortless practical movement.

In teams of two perform the following for time:
420 Wall Ball Shots
210 Pull-Ups

Stay together and assist your team mate when necessary.
