Strength: 1-1-1-1-1 Back Squat go for a 1RM.
WOD: "500" With your fire team partner, complete the following in order. i.e. no one presses until your fire team finishes a total of 100 cleans.

Press 95# 100
Knees to Elbows 100
Deadlift 95# 100
FS 95# 100
