CrossFit Kids - If you are interested in entering your kids into a CrossFit Kids Class please be sure to let us know. The more interest we have in advance the easier it is to plan, organize and offer this type of training.

Schedule Update:
Friday 6 April - 12:00 Class added (noon)
Saturday 7 April - As per usual - no changes
Sunday 8 April - 11:00 Suffer on Sunday is on as per usual, Foundations Cancelled
Monday 9 April - Foundations 3 at 12:30 & Foundations 4 at 13:30

Skill: L-Sit, Handstand
Strength: Shoulder Press 5x3
WOD - Peform the following for time:
100 Squats
100 Push-Ups
100 Wall Ball (20# Ball - 8ft target)
800m Run
