WOD: "Helen". Run 400/21 KBS/12 PLU X 3 rds. Benchmark men's weight is 55 lbs. Due to snowstorm may have to sub rowing for running!
This has been a hard week and Helen is lower volume than previous days (and days to come). Scale the weight as necessary, and break up your sets as necessary. Try to crash through this one without resting by any means necessary, including lowering the weight and doing jumping/spotted pullups. If you can get sub 10 minutes at benchmark weight you are reaching a high level of fitness - both metabolic and strength.
