Skill: Jumping Squats, Push Press
Strength: Clean 5x3
WOD - Perform 7 rounds of the following for time:
Jumping Squats 7 [wmv] [mov]
Push Press 45# 7
Pull-Ups 7

"Push Press two days in a row why would we do that?" you ask. Because I told you so!

Everybody get ready - we've been scoping out some prime locations for outdoor training and its looking good. Who wants to workout in a stuffy old gym? Who wants to breath recycled air when you've got the great outdoors? We're going to bring you the best of both worlds like nobody else can.
