Mattster 275lb Deadlift not bad for non specific training!

ATTENTION: Tomorrow we move out! We are asking that anyone willing to help us move be here at 17:00 (5:00pm). We will have a cargo van but anyone with a truck is welcome to bring it along and load it up. Beers will follow!


Skill: Medicine Ball Cleans
Strength: Deadlift 3x3
WOD: Tabata - perform 8 intervals of 20 seconds of maximal work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each of the following exercises, one exercise at a time, with no rest in between.

Push-Ups 8 intervals
Sit-Ups 8 intervals
Pull-Ups 8 intervals
Squats 8 intervals
Row 8 intervals

No rest in between - count all reps and total for score. (Score the row with calories, 1 calorie = 1 rep.)
