Some light medicine ball work!

Melanie C. was complaining that she couldn't use her arms yesterday! Pfffff 113 thrusters later I think she's over it... You're tough as nails Mel!


Skill: MB Clean, MB Jerk
Strength: Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1 (Go heavy)
WOD - For time:
MB Clean & Jerk 100 reps (20# ball)
Wall Ball 100 reps (20# ball)
