What a real Gym Rat does!

In the late 1800s - 1900s the world of gymnastics and physical training was very different. Athleticism was an entirely different game. Gymnastics was in fact a men's only sport until the mid 1930's. I mean to say it was in fact grown men who were to compete in this sport, not young boys and girls like it is today. Gymnastics in the past was the sport of strongmen, a display of physical prowess alongside Weightlifting. We're getting back to the old school, we're blurring the lines between strength and skill - and we are starting to remind ourselves that once upon a time people did not make the distinction between these two skills, there isn't one, people simply did what worked!

Skill: Handstands
WOD - In teams of two perform 5 rounds for time of:
1. Row 250m
2. Wall Ball Max Reps
Alternate (While 1 rows, 2 performs as many WB as possible then switch places)
1. Row 250m
2. Pull-Ups Max Reps
Alternate (While 1 rows, 2 performs as many PLU as possible then switch places)

Each teammate will row a total of 500m per round. Count and add total reps from each round of Wall Ball and Pull-Ups. Score by dividing Reps/Time.

Substitute a 200m run if a rower is unavailable.
