"Diane" 14 May 07

Wayne is shown here demonstrating our standard finishing position for the Burpee. The hands must clap overhead as the feet leave the floor. Wayne did an excellent job for his first time out.

Skill:
Deadlift, Shoulder Press (dumbbells)
Strength: Deadlift 3x3
WOD - Perform 21-15 then 9 reps of the following for time:
Deadlift 225#
Hand Stand Push-Ups
