WOD - For Time:
Box Jump 50 reps
Push-Ups 50 reps
Double Unders 50 reps
Jump Squats 50 reps (air squats - touch medball on bottom and jump at top)
Pull-Ups 50 eps

Child Obesity Rates in Canada have Tripled in the last 20 years!
Consider that poor nutrition and lack of physical activity are the greatest culprits in this sad states of affairs. We're soon going to be offering youth and kids training camps where our children can participate in a fun, supportive environment where they will learn for themselves what they need to do to keep out this predicament. In the mean time parents have to remember that children are products of their environments. Strong supportive parents who lead by example produce children who will do the same.
