Skill: 1 Arm Snatch, Broad Jumps, Push Press
WOD - 21-15-9 reps for time:
1 Arm Snatch (each arm)
Broad Jumps (jump as far as possible each rep)
1 Arm Push Press (each arm)
Use approximately 30% of Bodyweight
200lbs BW = 60lbs
175lbs BW = 50lbs
150lbs BW = 45lbs
125lbs BW = 35lbs
100lbs BW = 30lbs
<100lbs BW = Like everyone else use your best judgement which means a weight that is within your skill level.
